1. UInvest projects, what to expect?
Currently we have number of projects here at UInvest. Most of them are successful, however, some of them are starting slowly. Why is that and what to expect?

#Houseboating rentals project
We have transferred funds for the boat to the boat seller a while ago, however, the business owner is not in a hurry to sign leas agreement. This could be his reasons or something different but the fact is here - agreement for giving the boat is not yet signed and it is not our fault. We are optimists as you know and we are sure everything will be allright. After all, we are 100% safe, we didn't do anything risky yet. However, the business has still not started. We keep monitoring the situation

#Uganda Soy Processing project
As you know, the project was visited by our executive who met business owners and settled the deal. Our executive also signed business deal with local attorneys to represent interests of uinvestors in Uganda with investing in SoyProcessing business. This first step allowed us to start the project: first earnings will be paid in October! Currently we are in the process of signing lease agreement and giving machines to business owners. They are good and honest businessmen, the country cimate and current economics situation offer great conditions for this kind of business so we're sure everything will go fine, especially taking into account kind nature of the business: helping people and providing them with cheap and quality food. We stay tuned and keep you updated with fresh photos from this project.

#Indonesian Oil Palm Trading
Once we noticed all shares are sold our executive applied for a visa to visit the project. We also contacted business owners in Indonesia and were happy to receive their invitation to visit this business. Next week our representative will be here, hopefully with good news that will allow us to start the project and stay safe with it. Safety of investors funds is our top priority
#Identification Technology project from England
First high-tech project here at UInvest. It has been posted last week, we will see how it goes. It's up to you whether to give this business owner a chance to work on it, the business is all in your hands!
Currently we are working on improvements in GUN/UInvest that will allow us to increase number of projects 10 times! Work on this includes reworking business model, legal changes as well as lots of technical developments in our system. It means that within a few months we will have not 3 but 10-30 projects here and they all will be well prepared for your review

2. UInvest FP contest.
Did you notice that last week we put some improvements we had promised long time ago? First of all, hold option. No more scammers here. We allow FP to only deal with SAFE funds here at Uinvest
Next thing is reviews for FP - now we can leave our feedback after we had a trade with an FP. Can be useful when you consider whether or not to trust someone your funds. Please use this feature correctly, we have implemented it not to give a tool to abuse people. Because we implemented these options and now FP may finally work safely we are announcing FP contest on October 1st
In the period starting from October 1st to January 1st we will be calculating amounts of closed transactions of FP and will award the most active one every month - November 1st, December 1st and January 1st

UInvest starts development of UInvest 2013
UInvest 2013 - innovative online service that will include all features of UInvest + many more features including:

- back office for GUN agents: it will be possible to get rid of your notes and excel files, keep your business records and see statistics of your GUN business inside useful back office, always online and updated with new features
